Braze expands AI with Decisioning Studio Go, Agentic Standards, Operator Connect
At its Forge conference in Las Vegas, Braze announced four new AI-powered tools: BrazeAI Decisioning Studio Go, Agentic Standards, BrazeAI Operator Connect, and Conversational Agents. Decisioning Studio Go is a self-service version of its enterprise AI decisioning product, enabling personalized messaging optimization for more teams, initially focusing on email click-through rates. Agentic Standards uses autonomous AI agents to automate campaign quality assurance and compliance checks, reducing manual QA workload. Operator Connect integrates Braze's AI assistant into external environments like Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Snowflake Cortex Code via the Model Context Protocol (MCP), allowing marketers to build campaigns from their preferred workspaces. Conversational Agents enable interactive, context-aware conversations across WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, and web. These tools highlight the shift toward agentic marketing technology, reducing technical barriers and automating execution. All features are in beta, with Decisioning Studio Go and Agentic Standards expected to be generally available in October 2026.
