Genesys Unveils Agentic Orchestration Tools, Cloud ARR Nears $2.9B
Genesys kicked off its Xperience 2026 conference in Las Vegas with announcements on financial growth and new agentic orchestration capabilities for its Genesys Cloud platform. Cloud ARR reached nearly $2.9 billion in Q2 FY2027, up over 30% year-over-year, while Cloud AI ARR exceeded $400 million, growing at more than twice the overall rate. The company introduced four new capabilities — Cloud Navigator, Cloud Orchestrator, Contextual Intelligence, and AI Control Plane — designed to coordinate AI agents, human workers, and enterprise systems around customer journeys. Genesys also expanded its Agentic Virtual Agent with Scaled Cognition's APT-2 large action model, added natural voice features, and deepened integrations with partners including Adobe, AWS, Meta, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Sierra. The announcements follow a $1.5 billion investment from Salesforce and ServiceNow in August 2025 and the acquisition of Pinkfish in June 2026.
