Staff Site Reliability Engineer

This SRE role focuses on automating infrastructure for Klover's fintech platform, using AI agents to eliminate toil. The engineer will build Terraform modules, Helm charts, and manage GCP services like BigQuery and Spanner. Requires 6+ years of cloud-native experience and fluency with AI coding agents.

This role serves as the backend technical anchor for the Frisbee Rewards consumer app, designing and owning Rust-based microservices that control business logic and UX configuration. The engineer will define APIs and data models, collaborate with mobile teams, and provide architectural guidance. Requires 6+ years of backend experience and familiarity with configuration-driven architectures.

Leads complex software engineering initiatives, providing technical direction and architectural guidance to ensure scalable and robust solutions.

Ensures the reliability, availability, and performance of Backblaze's cloud storage infrastructure. Implements monitoring, incident response, and automation to maintain service levels. Requires experience in SRE, cloud platforms, and infrastructure as code.

Manages strategic customer accounts in the East region, ensuring high retention and growth through proactive engagement and value realization. Develops relationships with key stakeholders, drives adoption, and identifies upsell opportunities.

Leads the customer support organization, overseeing strategy, operations, and team performance to ensure high-quality service delivery. Responsible for scaling support processes, driving customer satisfaction, and aligning support initiatives with business goals.

Leads the applied science and data science function, driving the development and deployment of machine learning models to solve business problems. Sets the technical vision, manages a team of data scientists, and ensures alignment with product and engineering priorities.
