AI Product Engineer

This role bridges AI capabilities with user-facing product experiences. The AI Experience Engineer will design and implement AI-driven features, integrating large language models and machine learning pipelines to enhance customer interactions and product usability.

This role focuses on building AI agents that automate complex workflows for customers. The engineer will design and implement agentic systems, integrating with LLMs and external APIs. Key challenges include ensuring reliability, safety, and effective tool use in production.

This role designs, builds, and maintains internal applications and AI-driven workflows for the Marketing Enablement & AI team. The engineer will build and deploy agentic AI solutions, develop scalable orchestration frameworks, and maintain AI-powered knowledge graphs. This position requires proficiency in Python, TypeScript, Node.js, GitHub, Google Apps Script, and prompt engineering, with experience building production applications and RAG systems.

This role builds AI-powered products and tools to make Moloco operate more efficiently internally and improve customer experiences using generative AI. The engineer will own products end-to-end, architecting LLM-powered applications at production scale, including agentic systems and RAG, while setting technical standards for multiple teams. Requires 8+ years of software engineering experience with deep hands-on experience in LLM-powered applications and agent frameworks.

Builds and runs integrations, data pipelines, automations, and internal tools connecting business systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, and Slack. Owns the technical path end-to-end from design to deployment and ongoing support, working independently without traditional sprint ceremonies. Requires 2-4 years of experience with Python, API development, and event-driven architectures.

This Account Manager owns a portfolio of NAMER accounts end-to-end, focusing on revenue retention and growth through renewals and expansions. The role builds whitespace maps, sources expansion pipeline, and navigates complex multi-stakeholder deals to prevent churn and secure budget approval, partnering with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.

Designs and implements security automation solutions to enhance the security posture of the revenue enablement platform. Focuses on automating security processes and integrating security tools into the development lifecycle. Collaborates with engineering teams to ensure secure coding practices and rapid response to threats.
