Senior NetSuite Engineer

This role leads backend engineering efforts, focusing on designing and building scalable backend systems and APIs. The lead will guide the engineering team, ensure high code quality, and drive technical architecture decisions.

Manages strategic customer accounts in the East region, ensuring high retention and growth through proactive engagement and value realization. Develops relationships with key stakeholders, drives adoption, and identifies upsell opportunities.

Leads the customer support organization, overseeing strategy, operations, and team performance to ensure high-quality service delivery. Responsible for scaling support processes, driving customer satisfaction, and aligning support initiatives with business goals.

Leads the applied science and data science function, driving the development and deployment of machine learning models to solve business problems. Sets the technical vision, manages a team of data scientists, and ensures alignment with product and engineering priorities.
