Klaviyo announced on June 30, 2026 that Composer — its AI marketing agent — is entering public beta alongside major updates to Customer Agent. Both agents are built into Klaviyo’s CRM and operate on the same real-time customer profiles so marketing and service actions enrich each other. Composer audits live campaigns, surfaces ranked revenue opportunities, and can build cross-channel campaigns drawing on Klaviyo’s historical data and patterns from nearly 200,000 brands. Customer Agent is pre-trained on a brand’s data, voice and policies, supports multi-lingual and pre-built retail skills, and can act through connectors and open APIs to complete tasks (returns, apply loyalty, etc.).
