Analyst Perspective

INTROS.AT LIMITED, trading as Grip, is a UK-based B2B software company that sells event technology to organisers of conferences, exhibitions, hosted buyer programmes, and enterprise events. Its core product is a white-label event platform covering registration, attendee engagement, AI-driven matchmaking, pre-scheduled meetings, onsite operations, sponsorship workflows, and event analytics. The attendee-facing app is part of the organiser-facing platform rather than a standalone consumer business. Grip makes money primarily by licensing its software to event organisers through SaaS-style contracts and event-based commercial arrangements. It also appears to generate additional revenue from premium modules and managed services, including concierge support for pre-scheduled meeting programmes. The value proposition is centred on helping organisers improve networking outcomes, extend audience engagement beyond event dates, and create more monetisable sponsor and exhibitor inventory.

Category Differentiation
