Staff Engineer, Integrations

This Integration Engineer III role manages client onboarding for a portfolio of accounts, ensuring successful configuration and launch on impact.com's platform. The engineer leads technical discovery, troubleshoots issues, and collaborates with Solutions Architects and Client Success teams. Requires 5+ years in tech-focused roles and foundational web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs).

This role designs, develops, and maintains modular integrations and automation solutions between internal systems and third-party platforms, including ERP and finance systems. The developer builds integrations using iPaaS platforms like Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, or Make, partners with IT, Finance, HR, and Operations stakeholders, and participates in on-call rotation to resolve production issues.

Leads technical integration projects with external partners, designing integration solutions and managing partner relationships. Provides technical guidance to ensure seamless connectivity and enablement.

This senior engineering role leads Braze's e-commerce initiative, particularly the Shopify integration, and owns large-scale projects to expand the integration platform. Responsibilities include designing high-impact features, mentoring engineers, and contributing to technical strategy. Requires full-stack experience with Ruby on Rails, React, SQL/NoSQL, and distributed systems.
