Technical Solutions Engineer

This role prototypes, tests, and delivers internal AI applications to improve efficiency across GTM teams (Marketing, Sales, BizOps). It combines applied AI/ML knowledge with software engineering skills and a strong understanding of GTM workflows to build practical, business-impacting solutions.

Serve as the senior technical specialist for complex post-sales customer conversations, including architecture reviews, expansion discussions, and senior-level technical engagements. Engage credibly with CTOs and data architects, lead technical discovery and solution design, and translate complex requirements into actionable guidance for customers and internal engineering.

Develops advanced software for eye tracking and AI solutions, focusing on complex systems for automotive safety and behavioral research. Requires deep expertise in algorithm optimization and real-time processing.

The Sales Solutions Engineer supports the sales team by delivering technical solutions and expertise to prospective clients. The role leverages strong communication and technical knowledge to demonstrate product value and address client requirements.

Manages post-sale relationships with retail clients, ensuring adoption, value realization, and retention of vision AI solutions. Acts as the primary point of contact for escalations and drives customer satisfaction.

Analyzes business data to generate insights on retail store performance and solution effectiveness. Supports data-driven decision-making for internal teams and customers, leveraging BI tools and analytics methodologies.

This role develops and deploys AI models for computer vision solutions targeting retail loss prevention and operational efficiency. The engineer will work with Python, deep learning frameworks, and large-scale video data to build and productionize models.
