Applied AI Engineer II

Develops and deploys computer vision and deep learning models for retail analytics, working on sensor data and edge/cloud infrastructure. Focuses on improving accuracy and performance of vision-based analytics.

This role prototypes, tests, and delivers internal AI applications to improve efficiency across GTM teams (Marketing, Sales, BizOps). It combines applied AI/ML knowledge with software engineering skills and a strong understanding of GTM workflows to build practical, business-impacting solutions.

Develops and deploys machine learning models and AI systems, building scalable ML pipelines, optimizing model performance, and integrating AI capabilities into production environments using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.

Manages post-sale relationships with retail clients, ensuring adoption, value realization, and retention of vision AI solutions. Acts as the primary point of contact for escalations and drives customer satisfaction.

Analyzes business data to generate insights on retail store performance and solution effectiveness. Supports data-driven decision-making for internal teams and customers, leveraging BI tools and analytics methodologies.

Leads complex, multi-workstream programs for large retail customers, managing execution, risk, and cross-team coordination. Drives program governance and ensures strategic outcomes are delivered on time and within scope.
