Technical Solutions Engineer

This role prototypes, tests, and delivers internal AI applications that improve efficiency across GTM teams (Marketing, Sales, BizOps). The role combines applied AI/ML knowledge, software engineering skills, and a strong understanding of GTM workflows to deliver practical, business-impacting solutions.

This role serves as the senior technical specialist for complex customer conversations, including architecture reviews, expansion discussions, and senior-level technical engagements. The engineer engages credibly with CTOs and data architects, leads technical discovery and solution design for enterprise customers, and translates complex requirements into actionable guidance for both customers and internal engineering teams.

This pre-sales and solution engineering role leads technical conversations with prospects, showcasing the value of eyeson's platform through live demos and proof-of-concepts. The engineer guides architecture decisions across network, video, and AI domains to ensure successful customer adoption.

Senior software engineering role leading development of advanced eye tracking and AI sensing algorithms. Requires deep expertise in computer vision, embedded systems, and performance optimization.

Manages post-sale relationships with retail clients, ensuring adoption, value realization, and retention of vision AI solutions. Acts as the primary point of contact for escalations and drives customer satisfaction.

Analyzes business data to generate insights on retail store performance and solution effectiveness. Supports data-driven decision-making for internal teams and customers, leveraging BI tools and analytics methodologies.
