About the Role Equativ is looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to grow our managed advertising business across Latin America, with a primary focus on Mexico and key regional markets. This is a senior individual contributor role — you own your pipeline, your relationships, and your number. You will sell Equativ's full suite of managed solutions to a mix of media agencies and direct advertisers, positioning our ad tech platform as the partner of choice for premium digital advertising in the region.   What You'll Do Own and exceed an individual revenue quota across Mexico and assigned LATAM markets. Develop and grow relationships with media agencies (GroupM, Publicis, Havas, IPG, Omnicom) and direct advertisers across key verticals. Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitch, proposal, negotiation, and close. Collaborate with internal teams (AdOps, Account Management, Marketing) to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. Represent Equativ at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings across the region. Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM (Salesforce). Provide market intelligence and competitive feedback to support regional strategy.     What We're Looking For 5–8 years of digital advertising sales experience, preferably in ad tech, programmatic, or media. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales quotas in a B2B environment. Strong network within media agencies and/or direct advertisers in Mexico; regional contacts across LATAM are a plus. Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem: programmatic, display, video, CTV, and managed services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-starter with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, international environment. Fluent in Spanish and English (required);     Nice to Have Experience working with SSPs, DSPs, or publisher monetization platforms. Existing relationships with C-level or Director-level contacts at agencies or brands. Previous experience in a regional LATAM role covering multiple markets.
