This Lead Full Stack Engineer builds the Agentic App Builder platform on top of ZMP, enabling teams to develop, deploy, and operationalize applications with AI and agentic workflows. The role involves designing backend services and APIs, building frontend experiences in React/TypeScript, and embedding AI/LLM capabilities for intelligent automation. The engineer will mentor others, lead technical initiatives, and own the platform end-to-end with a focus on architectural simplicity and developer experience.

Requires 7+ years of software engineering, proficiency in at least two backend languages, and experience with AI-assisted development tools.

This senior individual contributor role focuses on acquiring new business from mobile app developers and advertisers for Kayzen's DSP. The Sales Director will own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing, leveraging a strong network in the mobile app ecosystem and deep knowledge of programmatic advertising. The role involves collaborating with marketing, SDR, and customer success teams to drive sustainable revenue growth.

This role designs and maintains highly scalable components for Kayzen's real-time bidding platform, including budget systems, event processing, and data pipelines. The Senior Software Engineer will work with Java, SQL, and NoSQL databases, and is expected to use AI development tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot. The role requires deep expertise in distributed systems, multi-threading, and JVM internals.

This role focuses on developing and improving machine learning models for Kayzen's programmatic advertising platform. The Data Scientist will work on algorithm development, data exploration, and A/B testing, requiring proficiency in Python, Spark, and SQL. The role requires at least 3 years of experience in data science and a strong background in ad-tech.
