This role sources, negotiates, and manages high-value celebrity and talent deals to support user acquisition campaigns. The candidate builds a pipeline of celebrity opportunities, negotiates terms with agents, and collaborates with UA, creative, and production teams to turn deals into effective paid creative. Responsibilities include coordinating budgets and timelines, and using campaign results to refine talent selection and deal terms.

This role manages and develops relationships with clients from agency networks, independent agencies, media marketers, and other partners within the Growth & Partnerships division. It focuses on programmatic advertising and expanding strategic partnerships.

Provides technical support to internal employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Responds to tickets, resolves incidents, and escalates complex problems as needed.

This role leads the Services Excellence function, focusing on optimizing service delivery processes, quality assurance, and operational efficiency across the professional services organization. The director will drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Defines the overall technical architecture for Sprinklr's SaaS platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. Leads architectural decisions, evaluates emerging technologies, and guides engineering teams in implementing best practices.
