Business Development Team Lead (Advertising Team)

This role leads the sales organization, driving revenue growth and market expansion for mediasmart's advertising technology solutions. The Sales Director will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets.

Lead strategic partnerships with fluent English and at least 4 years of experience in programmatic monetization. Understand JS Tag base, VAST, header bidding, and openRTB technologies. Strong business acumen to identify growth opportunities and drive strategic initiatives.

Develops large language models and machine learning applications to improve ad targeting, requiring expertise in natural language processing and machine learning.

Develops and implements machine learning models to enhance ad targeting and performance, requiring expertise in data analysis and algorithm development.

Manages publisher relationships, ensuring their needs are met and optimizing their performance on the ad platform. Role involves strategic account management and support.
