Stats Perform

Stats Perform is a b2B sports data, analytics and content technology provider.

Analyst Perspective

Stats Perform is a private B2B sports data, analytics and content technology company serving broadcasters, sportsbooks, publishers, leagues, professional teams and digital product operators. Its core business is the licensing of proprietary live and historical sports data feeds, APIs, tracking datasets and analytics products that customers integrate into broadcast, betting, editorial and performance workflows. The company generates revenue primarily through enterprise licensing and subscription-style contracts for data feeds, APIs and analytics platforms, with additional income from live streaming products and managed content services. Its product stack shows a layered model: foundational sports data assets, workflow software for search, prediction, graphics and AI-assisted storytelling, and service-led content production for customers that want ready-to-publish outputs rather than raw data alone.

Category Differentiation

Stats Perform is not a consumer sports app or a sportsbook operator. It is a B2B provider of sports data, analytics, streaming and content services used by media, betting and professional sports organisations.

Stats Perform: About

Stats Perform creates value by collecting, structuring, enriching and distributing sports data, then monetising that data across multiple B2B use cases. The base layer is licensed live, historical and low-latency data delivered through APIs and feeds. On top of that, the company sells higher-value workflow products such as predictive analytics, tracking data, graphics and AI-assisted research tools, and also offers managed content production for customers needing editorial or marketing outputs. This creates a tiered model in which the same underlying data asset supports software, licensing and service revenue.

How Stats Perform Works & Monetises

Business model analysis and core revenue streams

Stats Perform uses a B2B enterprise licensing model built around proprietary sports data, APIs and analytics products. Commercial terms are typically customised by sport, competition coverage, latency, usage volume and deployment needs. Monetisation appears to combine recurring subscriptions or licence fees for feeds and platforms, premium pricing for low-latency and specialist datasets, multi-year contracts with broadcasters, leagues and sportsbooks, and service fees for managed content production and related bespoke work.

Comcast's RealTime4K Streams Super Bowl with 17s Delay

Comcast announced that its RealTime4K technology delivered the Super Bowl LX stream with a 17-second end-to-end delay, a latency reportedly about 50 seconds faster than competing streaming services. Xfinity subscribers with compatible X1 set-top boxes could view the low-latency feed on a dedicated Peacock-branded channel. Comcast attributed the performance gains to network upgrades that removed compression steps in the delivery pipeline and pushed 4K at approximately double the bitrate of standard 4K (and roughly five times HD). Comcast said the same RealTime4K approach is being used for its Winter Olympics 4K feeds. A third-party report from Stats Perform provided separate latency measurements, and Peacock saw heavy streaming engagement during the Olympics, with a reported 6.3 billion minutes streamed over the first 11 days.
