LiteLLM Auto Router Fusion ran three models on the same task and synthesized their work, solving 14 of 21 Terminal-Bench tasks against 9 for Claude Fable-5 alone. Total spend rose 36%, cost per solved task fell 12%, and turn latency went up 5x.
While the DHS guidance provides more details on public charge determinations under the new rule, it leaves key concepts unspecified and grants substantial discretion to individual immigration officers. This will likely result in ongoing confusion and fear among immigrant families that may deter them and their citizen children from participating in programs that help pay for health care, housing, or food even if they are eligible.
Google DeepMind published DiffusionGemma, an open-weight language model that generates text using discrete diffusion instead of standard token-by-token autoregression. The report shows DiffusionGemma averages about 20 tokens per forward pass and roughly 1,500 output tokens per second on a single H100, compared with about 303 tokens/sec for a Gemma 4 autoregressive baseline. DiffusionGemma denoises a 256-token canvas in roughly 12 steps, trading higher per-step compute for fewer forward passes. It is faster for low-concurrency, latency-sensitive workloads (winning up to ~32 concurrent users) but scores lower on capability benchmarks (e.g., AIME 2026: 69.1 vs Gemma 4 MTP 88.3) and has limitations including shorter outputs, occasional token stuttering, and throughput advantage erosion at higher batch sizes. The model is Apache-licensed with reference support in Hugging Face Transformers and vLLM.
Oracle announced a new AI-native builder experience for Oracle AI Agent Studio for Fusion Applications that enables customers and partners to create and run Fusion Agentic Applications natively inside Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. The unified builder supports no-code, low-code and pro-code workflows, including a new AI Studio Skill that integrates with developer tools such as Visual Studio Code, CLIs, Git, and AI coding assistants. Fusion Agentic Applications run inside Fusion, inheriting security, governance, approvals, and auditability, and can coordinate Oracle, partner, third-party and custom agents. Oracle is expanding its AI Agent Marketplace, publishing developer templates on GitHub, and says the offering is available at no additional cost. The announcement includes industry endorsements from Accenture, Constellation Research, Deloitte, IDC and PwC highlighting the potential for faster, governed enterprise AI adoption.
