Associate Account Director

Manages client relationships for EDITED's retail intelligence platform, ensuring customer satisfaction through strategic planning and execution. Works closely with clients to understand their needs and drive value from the platform.

This role is an associate-level position within the enterprise client strategy team, supporting the management of strategic client relationships. The associate will assist with onboarding, account coordination, and day-to-day client support to ensure satisfaction and retention.

This role designs and implements asset protection solutions for retail clients using RetailNext's analytics platform. The architect will work with customers to address shrinkage and security challenges.

This role focuses on generating leads and qualifying prospects for RetailNext's analytics platform. The SDR will handle outbound prospecting and set up meetings for the sales team.

This role involves developing and deploying machine learning models for computer vision applications in retail analytics, including deep learning and embedded hardware. The engineer will work on the Aurora sensor and cloud infrastructure.
