Software Engineer

This role owns Tier 2/3 escalations for ad serving, tracking, data pipelines, and ML-driven bidding. The engineer performs root cause analysis on delivery failures and performance fluctuations, debugs OpenRTB/VAST/SDK integrations, and uses SQL to analyze large-scale bid data. They also build internal tools and playbooks to enable team self-service and validate partner integrations.

Build and improve Converge's AI-native marketing platform, focusing on product features and user experience. Requires 4+ years of engineering experience, ideally in a startup environment.

This role focuses on building and evolving the distributed services and media-processing infrastructure that capture, ingest, and process meeting audio, video, and metadata. The engineer will design reliable systems across varied network conditions and third-party APIs, develop tooling for observability, and investigate complex production issues. The position is AI-native, expecting deep use of AI coding agents like Claude Code and Cursor.

This Product Engineer role ships AI-powered product features end-to-end, spanning frontend, backend, agents, and evals for an AI-led commercial insurance platform. The engineer will embed with operators in sales, service, and underwriting to identify friction points and build AI-powered solutions, while staying on the frontier of new model capabilities. The role requires full-stack engineering with applied-AI fluency, a focus on business impact over code elegance, and rapid prototyping-to-production cycles.

Lead Concord's expansion into the US market, close initial deals, and build the sales team. Focus on bringing a new way of buying media to US advertisers and agencies.
