Security Engineer - SecOps & Cloud

This role involves developing and maintaining the AI platform that powers Smartly's advertising solutions. The engineer will work on building scalable infrastructure for model training and inference, integrating ML models into production systems, and optimizing performance.

Designs and develops identity and access management systems, focusing on security, authentication, and authorization. Requires expertise in IAM protocols and secure software development.

This role designs and oversees AI system architectures, ensuring scalable and efficient integration of AI solutions. Requires deep expertise in AI/ML technologies and cloud infrastructure to align technical solutions with business goals.

This role owns the success and growth of a single enterprise customer, acting as a strategic advisor and commercial driver. Responsibilities include retention, regional market development, discovering net-new divisions, and growing market share, while collaborating with technical implementation teams.

This role provides technical support and guidance to Swapcard customers across LATAM, troubleshooting issues and empowering them to maximize platform value. It requires autonomous problem-solving and a passion for customer success, with a focus on continuous improvement.

This role is responsible for proactive outreach to a designated target account list and following up on leads from events, webinars, and content. Success is measured by qualified discovery meetings booked, opportunities accepted, and new pipeline created, with a focus on building pipeline at scale.
