Senior Manager- Backend Engineering

The lead will champion agentic development throughout the SDLC, design frameworks for autonomous AI agents, and mentor senior engineers. Requires a proven track record of designing and scaling complex distributed production systems, deep familiarity with Agentic Engineering concepts, and experience with LLM APIs and orchestration frameworks.
