Head of Product Engineering

This role leads the engineering organization responsible for Hevo's automated unified data platform, which moves and syncs data across 150+ sources to cloud data warehouses. The Director will drive technical strategy, scale the platform, and manage engineering teams to ensure reliable, real-time data integration at scale.

Lead product engineering in Kathmandu, recruit and mentor engineers, drive AI-first product development, and collaborate with onshore/offshore stakeholders. Requires 5+ years of product engineering experience, expert-level AI proficiency, and strong leadership skills.
