Senior Software Engineer (Backend)

Develop backend systems with 5+ years of Golang and openRTB experience. Work with Apache, Kafka, Grafana, Kibana, Zabbix, Redis, AWS, Digital Ocean, Vultr, OVH, MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.

Become a development team member in the adTech industry, working on backend services and integrations.

Designs and scales microservices for ad serving and real-time bidding, optimizing database queries and API latency to ensure reliability for a high-throughput multi-tenant platform.

Builds highly scalable, high-availability ETL platforms and data processing pipelines for programmatic advertising. Develops real-time feedback systems, advanced analytic technologies, and a fast runtime query engine supporting millions of queries per second.

Owns end-to-end infrastructure across Aditude's product portfolio and CPMStar SSP, covering reliability, cost management, DevOps, tooling, and security. This hands-on leadership role requires deep expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code, and also directs AI coding agents to parallelize output while maintaining rigorous review standards.
