DevOps Engineer III

This role involves managing and scaling cloud infrastructure, automating deployment processes, and ensuring system reliability. The DevOps engineer will work on CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and incident response. Requires strong experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure as code.

Manages cloud infrastructure deployment and automation, emphasizing continuous integration and delivery for the ad tech platform. Owns the reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency of multi-environment systems, implementing Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD best practices.

Manages post-sale relationships with retail clients, ensuring adoption, value realization, and retention of vision AI solutions. Acts as the primary point of contact for escalations and drives customer satisfaction.

Analyzes business data to generate insights on retail store performance and solution effectiveness. Supports data-driven decision-making for internal teams and customers, leveraging BI tools and analytics methodologies.

This role develops and deploys AI models for computer vision solutions targeting retail loss prevention and operational efficiency. The engineer will work with Python, deep learning frameworks, and large-scale video data to build and productionize models.
