Integration Engineer

This role provides technical expertise during the sales process, designing solutions that meet customer requirements and demonstrating the value of Contentful's platform. The Solution Engineer collaborates with sales teams to ensure technical fit and support successful deals.

The Software Engineer, Integrations, builds and maintains integrations between Topsort's advertising platform and client retail systems, ensuring reliable data exchange and seamless onboarding. The role involves developing APIs, handling third-party data feeds, and contributing to core integration infrastructure.

Coordinates cross-functional teams to manage integration projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. Oversees project timelines and resolves integration challenges.

Manages integrations across various systems, overseeing integration projects and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery. Focuses on operational stability and effective implementation.

Provides technical customer success management, ensuring product adoption, retention, and satisfaction for tech clients.

Manages key strategic accounts, delivering value and fostering long-term partnerships to maximize revenue and satisfaction. Focuses on relationship building and account growth.

Develops and maintains web applications across front-end and back-end, contributing to Kaltura's video platform features.
