Updated: 5 Aug 2026

High View has appointed Goldvertise Media to manage advertising sales for its channels, including Deluxe Music, from January 2027, integrating programmatic technology via FreeWheel and Index Exchange. This follows the re-integration of AXN Black and AXN White into Sky’s DACH portfolio and the launch of the "ARD Plus Zoo" FAST channel on Samsung TV Plus. These distribution and commercial expansions are supported by significant growth for the group’s sales partner, Goldvertise, which recently recorded a 31.2% year-on-year increase in gross advertising revenues.

Category Differentiation

High View is a DACH television and digital media owner, not a standalone adtech vendor or a single TV channel brand. It operates media properties and inventory rather than providing general-purpose broadcasting software.

HIGH VIEW: About

High View runs a multi-brand television and digital video portfolio. It creates value by packaging themed content brands for distinct audience segments, securing distribution across broadcast and streaming platforms, and monetising that reach through ad sales, subscription revenue and platform carriage agreements. The acquisition of Goldvertise extends this model by internalising more of the commercial sales layer for TV and CTV inventory.

How HIGH VIEW Works & Monetises

Business model analysis and core revenue streams

High View uses a hybrid monetisation model. Ad-supported free-to-air, FAST and streaming channels generate revenue from video advertising inventory sold against audience reach. Pay-TV and premium channel brands generate subscription and carriage revenue from distributors and platform partners. Additional commercial value comes from channel licensing and distribution agreements, while Goldvertise adds managed media sales and inventory monetisation capabilities for linear TV and CTV.

The VW group’s subsidiary Seat promoted the Cupra brand even more heavily — 1,952 spots (570 XRP), a record week for Cupra this year, reaching 6th place with about €4.9 million in gross spend. The TV ranking and reach data come from All Eyes On Screens (XRP = Exact Rating Points). The weekly top advertiser was P&G’s Lenor, with 1,465 spots and 822 XRP.
