NEW YORK, Oct. 6, 2026 — Zeta Global (NYSE: ZETA), the intelligent AI infrastructure company, today announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Digital Audience, a data infrastructure company that expands identity and activation capabilities across the digital ecosystem.
The Danish government has confirmed a major data breach in its Central Person Register (CPR), affecting approximately 8 million individuals. The stolen data includes names, addresses, and social security numbers. The breach occurred in September and was discovered on October 2. The government stated that unauthorized access was gained by abusing a Danish company's lawful access to the CPR system. This is considered the largest data breach in Denmark's history.
T-Mobile Advertising Solutions announced that its mobile data is now exclusively available for out-of-home (OOH) campaign targeting via Vistar Media, which T-Mobile acquired in January 2025. Advertisers can use Vistar to activate off-the-shelf and custom audiences built on T-Mobile's first-party data, including mobile location data and anonymized app usage data. This integration brings in-app targeting capabilities to DOOH. T-Mobile is also experimenting with agentic AI tools and self-serve solutions for audience building, and plans to offer DOOH measurement capabilities next year. The exclusive arrangement is partly driven by tightening regulations around location data, making it safer to share data only with its owned platform.
Public opposition to data center construction is spreading from the U.S. to Europe and Asia, raising risks for investors. In Europe, over 70 projects were rejected or restricted in early 2026, with significant pushback in Scotland, Denmark, Spain, and the U.K. In South Korea, local residents are protesting data centers near homes, prompting proposed consent requirements and review systems.
