MeTV Announces Fall Schedule Changes, M*A*S*H Expansion
MeTV is updating its fall broadcast schedule, beginning Monday, September 7. The network will air four episodes of M*A*S*H back-to-back each weekday in a two-hour block starting at 6 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. CT. To accommodate this, Hogan's Heroes will move to a morning slot at 6:30 a.m. ET / 5:30 a.m. CT. On Sunday, September 13, Gilligan's Island returns at 2 p.m. ET / 1 p.m. CT and Mama's Family at 3 p.m. ET / 2 p.m. CT, both in the afternoon lineup. These changes aim to strengthen MeTV's classic sitcom offerings, capitalizing on the enduring popularity of these shows. MeTV remains available over broadcast TV nationwide and via streaming services including Frndly TV, Philo, Fubo, and Sling TV.
Schedule changes at a classic-TV broadcast network are editorially relevant but have limited impact on the broader AdTech ecosystem or media buying markets.

MeTV+ Changes August Lineup, Adds Car 54
MeTV+ is updating its August schedule by adding the 1960s sitcom Car 54, Where Are You? to the early Saturday overnight-to-dawn slot and removing The Best of Flip Wilson entirely from its lineup. The change is positioned as part of MeTV Plus’s ongoing schedule curation to emphasize narrative sitcoms during the early Saturday window. The article provides background on the MeTV brand’s origins as a local Chicago programming block launched by Weigel Broadcasting in 2003 and notes that MeTV Plus debuted on May 15, 2021 as a companion channel. MeTV Helped Revive Antenna TV Nationwide
MeTV (Memorable Entertainment Television) began as a three-hour classic-TV block on a Chicago station in early 2003 and was rebranded as a full-time classic-TV station on January 1, 2005. Weigel Broadcasting launched MeTV as a national network on December 15, 2010; the network now reaches more than 96% of U.S. households via over 177 affiliates. MeTV and related free over-the-air spinoff channels (MeTV+, MeTV Toons, Heroes & Icons, Catchy Comedy, Movies!, Start TV, Story Television, and WEST) have driven renewed consumer interest in digital antennas and reinforced the commercial value of linear broadcast inventory. MeTV Toons launched in June 2024 in partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery, and WEST debuted in September 2025 as a 24-hour westerns channel.
