The Senior Software Engineer for Data Systems will design and build scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support Northbeam's analytics platform. This role involves working with large datasets, optimizing data processing, and ensuring data reliability and accuracy.

Develops and maintains data pipelines and infrastructure, focusing on data quality and performance, collaborating with analytics teams.

Leads end-to-end data analytics projects, mentors junior analysts, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights. Requires 5+ years of experience, expert-level SQL, and proficiency with BI tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI, with e-commerce domain knowledge desirable.

Designs and implements LLM and GenAI solutions, developing prompt engineering frameworks and building RAG systems while ensuring responsible AI practices. Requires a Bachelor's degree in CS/AI, proven experience with LLMs and traditional ML, and expertise in Python with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Langchain.

Develops and executes SEO strategies to improve search rankings, including keyword research, competitive analysis, and performance tracking. Requires 2+ years of SEO experience and proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, and WordPress, with schema markup and paid search experience as a plus.
