This Director of Data Science leads the data science organization, setting strategy for analytics and machine learning initiatives. The director will drive innovation in areas like personalization, pricing, and logistics optimization, and manage a team of data scientists.

Leads the data engineering organization, overseeing the design and scaling of data pipelines and infrastructure to support analytics and machine learning initiatives. Responsible for strategic planning, team leadership, and ensuring data reliability and accessibility across the company.

This Director of Data Strategy role defines the data vision and roadmap, aligning data initiatives with business objectives. The director will lead data architecture decisions, drive data monetization, and foster a data-driven culture across the organization.

Leads the Data Strategy unit as the strategic backbone for focus clients, owning end-to-end data strategy from design to commercial growth. Prioritizes first-party data collaborations, private data networks, and AI-driven planning, and manages technology roadmaps for Data Clean Rooms, CDPs, and DSPs. Requires 7+ years in data-driven marketing with leadership experience and deep understanding of data infrastructure and AI/ML concepts.

This role drives technical innovation and architecture across Yotpo's platform, collaborating with the CTO office to lead complex engineering initiatives and mentor senior engineers.

Design and implement software solutions for Yotpo's platform, contributing to product features and system improvements. Work in an agile environment with cross-functional teams.

Manage customer success for upmarket clients using Yotpo's Discover product, focusing on AI-driven product discovery and visibility. Drive adoption, retention, and growth for key accounts.
