Engineering Manager - Backend

As a Senior C++ Engineer, you will design and implement high-performance, privacy-compliant tracking and attribution systems for Tracify's marketing analytics platform. You will work on complex technical challenges involving data processing, AI integration, and scalable architecture, collaborating with a cross-functional team in a fast-paced startup environment.

This Principal Tech Lead role is the architectural authority for Similarweb's Intelligence products, overseeing 5 teams and 26 backend developers. The core mandate is embedding agentic development throughout the SDLC, designing frameworks for autonomous AI agents to build, test, and deploy features end-to-end. Responsibilities include architectural governance of high-scale distributed systems, cross-project orchestration, and mentoring senior engineers.

Manages backend engineering teams, overseeing development and delivery of scalable backend systems. Provides technical leadership and ensures alignment with business goals.
