Principal Engineer, Quality Platform

This principal role is responsible for leading quality assurance efforts across software products, designing test strategies, implementing automation frameworks, and ensuring high-quality releases. The engineer will drive testing best practices and automation to maintain product reliability.

This Principal Platform Engineer on the Site Reliability team designs, engineers, and builds SRE platform systems with cutting-edge AI, treating them as products that other engineering teams depend on in their critical path. The role involves participating in livesite monitoring rotations, handling escalations, and driving availability, scalability, and performance improvements based on learnings. The engineer identifies gaps across teams, designs systems to close them, and drives adoption by doing integration work themselves.

This role leads and scales quality assurance for JustPlay's core app platform, splitting time between hands-on QA work and leading the QA chapter. The focus is on driving smarter, scalable testing approaches including AI-driven testing and automation, and implementing test strategies using tools like Maestro, Espresso, XCTest, Appium, and Pact. The lead will own the full QA lifecycle, foster a quality culture, and mentor the QA team to ensure platform reliability across devices and regions.

This principal engineering role involves leading technical projects, setting architectural direction, and mentoring engineers. The engineer will work on complex systems, ensuring high performance and scalability across the platform.

This role manages compliance for a portfolio of advertiser partnerships, ensuring partners adhere to promotional requirements using impact.com's Regulated Compliance tool. The manager leads compliance workstreams for strategic accounts, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and serves as the primary compliance contact for clients and agencies.

This role owns revenue operations systems and data governance, managing tools like Clay, ZoomInfo, and RingLead, and executing territory planning and account distribution for global sales teams. The analyst builds dashboards for sales leadership, supports PLG initiatives, and collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and BizApps.

This role builds and maintains internal applications and AI-driven workflows for the marketing department, including the Marketing Hub and agentic AI solutions. The engineer develops scalable orchestration frameworks, AI-powered knowledge graphs, and LLM evaluation frameworks, while also documenting and training non-engineers.
