Develops software for Xumo's streaming devices using C, C++, and Linux within the RDK framework. Focuses on software integration, performance optimization, and system reliability.

Designs and implements high-performance C++ components for the ad tech stack, focusing on low-latency and efficient resource usage. Works on SDKs and backend systems that require robust memory management and concurrency. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and ensure reliability.

You'll use Claude Code and Claude Design as fluently as Figma, not as a novelty, but as a core workflow for ideation, production, and creative output. You'll translate complex data and technology concepts into clear, compelling visual stories, and shape how Samba shows up across every touchpoint: brand, web, campaigns, social, presentations, and events. You'll do it as part of an agile, fast-moving creative team where your work has real visibility and real impact, and you won't be buried in a queue of templated requests.

You are a reliable, autonomous contributor with deep expertise in at least one of Samba's core domains — Identity and audience modelling and the technical range to build production-ready solutions using modern ML and AI methodologies. You'll work closely with peers, product, and engineering.
