Business Intelligence Analyst

This role analyzes business data to support decision-making and optimize ad-tech performance. The position is hybrid and full-time based in Dubai.

This role leverages SQL and analytical expertise to manage, process, and report data, driving insights across the organization. The Senior Data Analyst will focus on reporting, forecasting, and presenting key metrics to business leaders, collaborating with stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.

Owns end-to-end infrastructure across Aditude's product portfolio and CPMStar SSP, covering reliability, cost management, DevOps, tooling, and security. This hands-on leadership role requires deep expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code, and also directs AI coding agents to parallelize output while maintaining rigorous review standards.

Designs and implements high-performance backend services using Golang and Kafka, focusing on scalable distributed systems for data processing, analytics, and ML solutions. The role includes optimizing system performance, driving engineering best practices, and mentoring junior engineers.
