Security Engineer

Plans and implements security measures to protect Evergent SaaS systems and internal networks. Requires knowledge of latest information security intelligence and experience in preventing data loss and service interruptions.

The Security Engineer will focus on securing AI systems and data by implementing cybersecurity best practices, collaborating with engineering teams to enhance security protocols and ensure robust defenses.

Manages post-sale relationships with retail clients, ensuring adoption, value realization, and retention of vision AI solutions. Acts as the primary point of contact for escalations and drives customer satisfaction.

Analyzes business data to generate insights on retail store performance and solution effectiveness. Supports data-driven decision-making for internal teams and customers, leveraging BI tools and analytics methodologies.

This role develops and deploys AI models for computer vision solutions targeting retail loss prevention and operational efficiency. The engineer will work with Python, deep learning frameworks, and large-scale video data to build and productionize models.
