This role leads the build-out and scaling of Google Ads as a major growth channel for Ground News, owning account architecture, campaign strategy, and budget allocation across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube. The focus is on driving subscriber acquisition while maintaining CAC and payback discipline, with room to expand into adjacent paid channels. Requires experience scaling subscription or DTC accounts and working with external agencies on creative testing.
