Program Manager II

This role involves developing and deploying machine learning models for computer vision applications in retail analytics, including deep learning and embedded hardware. The engineer will work on the Aurora sensor and cloud infrastructure.

This role leads the evolution of Hevo's Data Pipelines Platform, blending product strategy with operational excellence. The Technical Program Manager will define the product roadmap, manage the backlog, and drive delivery health and platform reliability. Key responsibilities include tracking product health metrics, triaging bugs, and building dashboards to improve visibility into product readiness and operations.

Manages post-sale relationships with retail clients, ensuring adoption, value realization, and retention of vision AI solutions. Acts as the primary point of contact for escalations and drives customer satisfaction.

Analyzes business data to generate insights on retail store performance and solution effectiveness. Supports data-driven decision-making for internal teams and customers, leveraging BI tools and analytics methodologies.

This role develops and deploys AI models for computer vision solutions targeting retail loss prevention and operational efficiency. The engineer will work with Python, deep learning frameworks, and large-scale video data to build and productionize models.
