This role is a principal-level data engineering position focused on building and scaling the Databricks and AI platform. The engineer will design and implement data pipelines, optimize data architecture, and enable advanced analytics and machine learning capabilities.

This role leads the architecture and development of Cardlytics' core data and AI infrastructure on the Databricks platform, focusing on distributed systems scalability and platform reliability. The engineer will utilize Apache Spark, Delta Lake, and MLflow to build scalable data pipelines and machine learning workflows.

This Senior Director will lead a team of 20+ Analytics Engineers, setting priorities and technical strategy to drive Snowflake's internal data transformation and create an AI-ready data foundation. The role involves owning internal analytics agents, championing AI-assisted engineering with Cortex Code-based workflows, and acting as Snowflake's customer zero for its data engineering stack. The director will also represent Snowflake in customer conversations and thought leadership.

This role manages the intake and validation of data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness for downstream use. This role develops and executes marketing campaigns, leveraging data and analytics to optimize performance and drive customer engagement. The strategist collaborates with cross-functional teams to define campaign objectives, target audiences, and messaging, and measures campaign effectiveness to inform future strategies.
