This role owns revenue operations systems and data governance, managing tools like Clay, ZoomInfo, and RingLead, and executing territory planning and account distribution for global sales teams. The analyst builds dashboards for sales leadership, supports PLG initiatives, and collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and BizApps.

This role owns the technical vision and architecture for impact.com's QA platform, building CLIs, MCPs, and full-stack web apps used by hundreds of users and thousands of AI agents. The Principal Engineer will set standards, prototype hard problems, and lead technically without authority, focusing on platform engineering rather than manual testing. Requires deep backend/infrastructure experience, LLM/agent tooling expertise, and a track record of building developer tools adopted by other engineers.
