Sabre Announces Tender Offer Results for Senior Secured Notes
Sabre Corporation announced the results of its cash tender offers for certain senior secured notes issued by its subsidiary, Sabre GLBL Inc. The offers expired on September 24, 2026. A total of $299.98 million of the 10.750% Senior Secured Notes due 2029 were validly tendered, representing 67.30% of the outstanding principal. Due to the aggregate maximum tender amount of $250 million, only these notes will be accepted, subject to a proration factor of approximately 84.0%. The other two series of notes will not be purchased. Settlement is expected on September 28, 2026. The tender offers are subject to financing and other conditions.
