Genesys Acquires Pinkfish for 25,000 MCP Tool Integrations

Genesys, a cloud-based customer experience and contact center platform provider, announced on June 30, 2026 that it acquired Pinkfish, an agentic orchestration workflow company. The acquisition adds Model Context Protocol (MCP)-based tool integration and workflow automation to Genesys Cloud AI, bringing over 500 integrations supporting 25,000 MCP tools across CRM, ERP, IT, HR, order management and billing applications. Terms were not disclosed. Pinkfish capabilities are expected to reach customers via the Genesys AppFoundry by the end of July, with native integration expected by the end of Genesys' fiscal year. The move follows a $1.5 billion investment from Salesforce and ServiceNow in August 2025 and positions Genesys against competitors like NICE and Zendesk in the agentic AI space.

Prebid.js 11.34.0 Released with Adswag and Geniee Adapters

This release of Prebid.js, version 11.34.0, includes core enhancements, new bid adapters, and maintenance updates.
