Crossvertise Launches Self-Service Addressable TV Planner
Crossvertise, a Munich-based media service provider, has launched a new self-service planner for Addressable TV campaigns. The tool targets small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with budgets between €5,000 and €15,000, allowing them to plan, optimize, and book regional TV campaigns without prior TV planning expertise. Users specify region, budget, duration, and target audience to receive campaign recommendations. The planner uses the SwitchIn XXL banner format, based on HbbTV, which reaches 25.4 million German households (60% of TV households). A unique feature is the automatic campaign optimization that suggests alternatives if parameters are not viable. Crossvertise, which employs around 60 media professionals, was acquired by Die Schlütersche Mediengruppe in 2025. The tool aims to lower barriers for SMEs that previously found TV advertising too expensive or complex.
