Updated: 14 Aug 2026

TCS has formalised its ‘Infrastructure to Intelligence’ strategic pivot, reporting sustained growth in FY27 driven by AI-led transformation contracts with clients like Elopak and Tottenham Hotspur. Strengthening its hardware foundation, TCS is an early adopter of AMD’s Helios rack-scale AI systems to optimise large-scale inference. This capability complements its deepened partnership with Anthropic, which involves deploying Claude AI to 50,000 employees and integrating generative features into Diligenta and iON platforms, coinciding with Anthropic’s commercial expansion into the Indian market.

Jenna Beck: Alignment Begins With Shared Data Foundation

Jenna Beck, growth marketing executive at Tata Consultancy Services and juror on The Drum B2B Awards Go to Market jury, argues that data quality and a shared data foundation are the essential preconditions for marketing and sales alignment and for reliable AI-driven intelligence. Beck leads North America demand generation programs targeting C-level accounts and says she would prioritize investment in data management infrastructure over channels or platforms in 2026. She emphasizes that humans still provide judgment and context while AI can move fast, and that B2B personalization, authenticity and timing build trust with buyers.
