Chromeye

Chromeye is a creative agency with proprietary dynamic banner management technology.

Analyst Perspective

Chromeye is a Bulgaria-based digital creative studio and agency that delivers dynamic digital advertising, web design and development, UI/UX, 3D visuals and video production for business clients. Its core operating model is services-led: clients commission creative, development and design work, while Chromeye uses its internal production capabilities and technical execution to deliver campaign and product assets. The company also operates Streameye, a proprietary banner management and dynamic creative platform that supports feed-based, real-time updating display ads. This gives Chromeye a hybrid profile spanning Agency & Consultancy and AdTech Vendor capabilities. Revenue is generated through managed creative and development fees, with additional software-led value created through use of the Streameye platform for scalable banner production and ongoing campaign management. Its customers are marketing teams, agencies, ad operations teams, product teams and game-related clients needing creative production or dynamic display execution.

Category Differentiation

Chromeye is a digital creative agency with proprietary banner-management software, not a browser technology company or a standalone enterprise cloud platform. Its core business is agency delivery augmented by Streameye, rather than a pure-play DSP, SSP or foundational AI vendor.

Chromeye: About

Chromeye runs a hybrid agency-plus-software model. The agency side sells creative production, web development, UI/UX, 3D rendering and video work as scoped projects or ongoing retained engagements. The software side creates leverage through Streameye, an internal banner management and dynamic creative platform that streamlines live-feed ad production, campaign updates and HTML5 banner workflows. Value is created by combining bespoke creative execution with proprietary workflow technology, enabling faster delivery, real-time creative updates and tighter operational control than a pure services shop.

How Chromeye Works & Monetises

Business model analysis and core revenue streams

Chromeye monetises through managed service fees and software-enabled delivery. The primary revenue stream is project-based and retainer-based fees for dynamic ad production, web design and development, UI/UX, 3D visual creation and video production. Streameye functions as a proprietary platform layer that supports banner management, feed integration and creative automation; this can be monetised through software access, bundled platform usage within service engagements, or customised client delivery priced by scope, campaign complexity, creative volume and support needs.

ZDF Leads with Champions League Final Ratings

ZDF was the clear ratings winner on a low-reach Saturday after its live broadcast of the Champions League final between Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain averaged 5.30 million viewers (35.2% market share). The match also dominated younger demographics with 1.40 million viewers aged 14–49 (54.1% share) and 44.6% among 14–59. ZDF's one-hour pregame drew 3.09 million (22.6%), while a follow-up documentary episode reached 1.97 million (11.7%). DAZN’s linear channel recorded only 3,000 viewers for the transmission window, though app/streaming usage is not captured in those figures. Overall German TV audiences were weak that day: 757,000 viewers was sufficient to make the top 25 programs.
