Apple SKAdNetwork release notes updated

Apple's developer documentation details SKAdNetwork release notes and version-specific behavior for ad signing and postback validation. From version 2.0 onward, ad networks include a version number when signing ads; StoreKit-rendered ads use the SKStoreProductParameterAdNetworkVersion parameter and view-through ads use the version property. Install-validation postbacks include the SKAdNetwork version. Developers can opt in to receive copies of winning postbacks for SKAdNetwork versions 2 and later if the advertised app's developer opts in and the device runs iOS 15 or later. The page lists SKAdNetwork versions 1 through 4 and their minimum iOS availability.
