Data Manager API: RemoveAllAudienceMembers, Ingestion Warnings, Address Data

Google has released version 18 of the Data Manager API, introducing a new RemoveAllAudienceMembers method that allows advertisers to clear all members from specified user lists in a single operation, with an optional removeAsOfTime parameter for targeted removals. The API now also returns field-level warnings for optional fields during ingestion, while required field failures still fail fast. AddressInfo now supports additional fields like street address, city, and administrative area for Google Analytics events. Furthermore, the user_data field can be used to meet the Identifiers requirement for multi-source events sent to web data streams. The update also includes new AI agent skills in the Google Skills GitHub repository to accelerate integrations.
