Seismic Completes Merger With Highspot
Seismic announced it has completed its merger with Highspot and will operate under the Seismic name, led by CEO Rob Tarkoff. The combined company positions itself as a leader in go-to-market (GTM) performance, serving 2,500 customers and 3.5 million sales, marketing and enablement users. Seismic says the merged business processes 550 million buyer–seller interactions and 33 million revenue actions annually, plans to invest over $100 million per year in R&D, and has more than 700 product, engineering, data science and AI staff across multiple global locations.
