Inforcer raises $50M Series C for MSP AI security platform

UK-based inforcer has raised $50 million in a Series C round led by Insight Partners, with existing investors Meritech Capital and Dawn Capital participating. The company provides a unified Microsoft security and AI management platform for managed service providers, letting them manage Microsoft 365 security, compliance and AI services across multiple customers through one control plane. Inforcer has expanded the platform with Copilot Manager, Shadow AI detection, and Threat Detection & Response to help MSPs counter human and AI-assisted cyber threats. CEO Jamie Daum said the funding will enable MSPs to protect SMB customers against increasingly sophisticated, AI-enhanced threats. The new capital will support further development of Microsoft security and AI management capabilities, as well as scaling operations and the customer base amid rapid global adoption.
