AUI Boosts AI Customer Service with Quack AI Acquisition
Augmented Intelligence (AUI), developer of the Apollo-1 neuro-symbolic AI model, has acquired Quack AI, a startup that built trainable AI agents for customer service. Quack AI, founded in 2023 by Nadav Kemper (CEO) and Aviram Roisman (CTO), has about 15 employees, a seed raise of roughly $7 million, and serves customers including Artlist, Yotpo, WalkMe and Hologram. The deal is expected to roughly double AUI’s Israeli R&D team in Tel Aviv and to continue uninterrupted service for Quack AI customers under AUI’s infrastructure. AUI, founded in 2017 by Ohad Elhelo and Ori Cohen, has raised $60 million to date and operates a strategic partnership with Google.
