Founding Data Scientist

This role leads the Analytics and Data Insights team, owning the full analytical lifecycle from framing business questions to building and deploying predictive models. The Lead Data Scientist will design experimentation programs (A/B tests, multi-armed bandits, causal inference), build forecasting and propensity models, and manage a team of analysts and data scientists. This role directly shapes go-to-market strategy and product decisions for Cohere's enterprise AI products.
